Cliff Walk at Pourville, 1882
|Artist||Monet, Oscar-Claude||From February to April 1882, Monet stayed in the little fishing village of Pourville . The young women strolling on the cliff are probably Marthe and Blanche, the eldest Hoschede daughters. He has captured the blustery summer breeze and the sparkle of sunlight on the sea.
